Milpitas hadn't done well against Palo Alto recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Milpitas Trojans were the clear victor by a 65-43 margin over the Palo Alto Vikings. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 22 points or more this season.

Milpitas' victory was their 11th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 25.6 points. As for Palo Alto, the defeat snapped their winning streak at nine games and leaves them with a 17-3 record.

Coincidentally, Milpitas and Palo Alto will both be playing Los Altos the next time they take the court. Palo Alto will host Los Altos at 7:45 p.m. on Friday, while Milpitas will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on February 12th.
