The Lake View Wildcats waltzed into their game Saturday with two straight wins but they left with three. They came out on top against West Chicago by a score of 55-47. The score was all tied up 19-19 at the break, but Lake View was the better team in the second half.
Lake View's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Daniel Loza led the charge by scoring 19 points. The matchup was Loza's third in a row with at least ten points. Ayden Reed was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with three steals.
Lake View has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for West Chicago, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-12.
