The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Andover Central in their matchups with Derby: they've now lost three in a row.
Hayden Snodgrass put forth a good effort for the losing side as she scored 28 points along with 9 rebounds and 4 steals. She scored a full 68.3% of Andover Central's points, the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Avery Mason, who scored 6 points along with 3 steals.
The wins kept both teams' perfect 3-0 season records intact.
Tuesday's matchup is shaping up to be a masterclass in shooting: Andover have been dynamite from deep this season, having nailed 45.7% of their threes per game.
