Richards's rock-solid pitchers showed up for the team's third consecutive shutout on Thursday. They blew past the Bremen Braves 10-0. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won nine contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Richards is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.2 runs over those games. As for Bremen, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-16 record this season.
