Soccer Recap: Parkway Central Has No Trouble Against Parkway North

Parkway Central kept a clean sheet against Parkway North on Tuesday. They blew past the Vikings 3-0. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Parkway Central's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri soccer rankings (they are ranked 28th, while Parkway North are ranked 112th).

Parkway Central has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four contests. As for Parkway North, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Parkway Central will face off against Clayton at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Parkway North, they will square off against Affton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
