Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Noblesville). They skirted past the Norwell Knights 73-71. That's two games straight that the Millers have won by exactly two points.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Noblesville to victory, but perhaps none more so than Meredith Tippner, who dropped a double-double on 33 points and ten rebounds. Those 33 points gave Tippner a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of C.C. Quigley, who almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine rebounds.

Noblesville pushed their record up to 9-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.7 points per game. As for Norwell, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-5.

Noblesville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 43-37 win against Valparaiso on the 28th. As for Norwell, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Carroll at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Carroll is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.8 points per game this season.
