Meanwhile, Avon Park had to suffer through a 64-35 loss at the hands of Moore Haven. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Avon Park's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Hardee, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.
Hardee was able to grind out a solid win over Avon Park in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, winning 44-34. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hardee since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
