This season hasn't been kind to The Grove School Ravens, who are still winless after their 14th game. They took a serious blow against Cornerstone Christian on Monday, falling 83-18. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for The Grove School in their matchups with the Crusaders: they've now lost four in a row.
It was another big night for Isaac Glinski, who dropped a double-double on 34 points and ten rebounds for Cornerstone Christian. That makes it eight consecutive games in which Glinski has scored at least a third of Cornerstone Christian's points. Another player making a difference was Johnny DeLocht, who scored 14 points along with eight steals.
The Grove School dropped their record down to 0-14 with that loss, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Cornerstone Christian, they now have a winning record of 11-10.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. The Grove School will take on the Warriors at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Crossroads Christian is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak. As for Cornerstone Christian, they will be playing at home against the Cougars at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
