Thunderbird Adventist Academy waltzed into their match  on Monday with six straight wins  but they left with seven. They really took it to Brighton Charter for the full four quarters, racking up a  53-14 win at home. Thunderbird Adventist Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven  contests by 24  points or more this season.
 Thunderbird Adventist Academy's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Gideon Orellana, who  scored 12 points along with five  assists and five  rebounds. Another player making a difference was  Malcolm Tucker, who  scored eight points along with five  rebounds and five  steals.
 When it comes to explaining why Brighton Charter lost, one person who can't be blamed is  Jaziel Nunez. Despite the final result, he  scored eight points along with five  rebounds. That was a full 57.1% of Brighton Charter's points, marking the third time in a row he's  earned more than a third of the team's points.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Brighton Charter  struggled to work together and  finished the game with only  an  assist. They  were crushed by their opponents in that department as Thunderbird Adventist Academy  racked up 17  assists.
 Thunderbird Adventist Academy's victory was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 9-1. As for Brighton Charter, their loss  ended a three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 4-7.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Thunderbird Adventist Academy's homestand continues as they prepare to take on the Panthers at 6:45  p.m.  on January 31st. Paradise Valley Christian Prep is coming into the  game on a six-game losing streak. As for Brighton Charter, they won't have much time to rest: their next  matchup is against the Eagles at 5:00  p.m.  on January 30th. Arrowhead Christian Academy is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 51.4  points per game this season.
