Conley can attribute much of their success to Ella Pierre-Louis, who scored 13 points along with eight rebounds and two steals, and Aubrey Mayberry, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mayberry has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Moira Skalak, who scored seven points.
Meanwhile, Northern Nash's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They were dealt a 76-29 defeat at the hands of Rocky Mount. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Northern Nash has suffered yet this season.
D.H. Conley has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for Northern Nash, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.
Everything came up roses for D.H. Conley against Northern Nash in their previous meeting back in December of 2023 as the squad secured a 61-21 win. With D.H. Conley ahead 46-10 at the half, the match was all but over already.
