The Hermann Bearcats will square off against the Lift for Life Academy at TBD on Friday. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Hermann beat Montgomery County 27-14. The win was just what Hermann needed coming off of a 49-14 defeat in their prior game.
Hermann relied on the efforts of Daeden Hopkins, who picked up 91 receiving yards and a touchdown, and Caden Humphrey, who gained 151 total yards.
Meanwhile, Lift for Life Academy entered their tilt with Grandview with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Lift for Life Academy blew past Grandview, posting a 50-0 win on the road. Considering Lift for Life Academy has won three contests by more than 37 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Hermann's win was their fourth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 7-3. As for Lift for Life Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.
