Bishop Hartley extended the longest winning streak in Central Catholic - Gold this week by beating Upper Sandusky, 63-19. The victory was the 11th in a row for the team.
Bishop Hartley took down the Rams 63-19 last week, the largest margin of any game. Marcellus Calhoun ran for 210 yards in the win.
Brad Burchfield's team's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Jared Brandewie threw for 97 and one touchdown and Dominique Scott had 55 yards receiving. Jacob Matuska helped Bishop Hartley's passing attack out by catching three balls for 23 yards.
Bishop Hartley's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Hawks feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Brandewie has thrown for 905 yards and 12 touchdowns this season, while Scott has 15 catches for 387 yards. Ja'wuan Woodley leads the league in rushing with 1632 yards.
The Hawks led the league in scoring this week after putting up 63 points on Upper Sandusky. Calhoun in the win.
