The West Warwick Wizards stacked a fifth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Prout 64-34 at home. The win was familiar territory for West Warwick who now have three in a row.
Liz Gresin was her usual excellent self, scoring 18 points along with eight steals and five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Michelle Motta, who scored eight points along with five rebounds and three steals.
West Warwick pushed their record up to 11-4 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.8 points per game. As for Prout, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.
Coincidentally, West Warwick and Prout will both be playing Shea the next time they take the court. West Warwick will head out to face Shea at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, while Prout will host them at 6:45 p.m. on Monday.
