Gavin Ust posted a new career-high in runs on Tuesday. He went 2-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI. That triple marked the first that he has hit this season.

Ust's strong effort led Pine Creek over Fountain-Fort Carson and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles are 8-1 against the Trojans going back to May of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
