American Christian School has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 23 points or more this season.
American Christian School's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Elijah Kenyi, who scored 30 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Kenyi has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Japhet Santiago, who scored 30 points.
American Christian School's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.9 points per game. As for Central Jersey College Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. American Christian School's road trip will continue as they head out to face Veritas Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on January 29th. Hopefully Veritas Christian Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 20 last Tuesday. As for Central Jersey College Prep, they will head out on the road to challenge Lakewood at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. Lakewood is coming into the matchup on a six-game losing streak.
