After flying high against Cache last Friday, Lincoln Christian came back down to earth. The Lincoln Christian Bulldogs took a 58-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Putnam City Pirates on Saturday. The Bulldogs' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Lincoln Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Putnam City, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lincoln Christian will be home for the holidays to greet Glenpool at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Putnam City, they will welcome Grant at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Putnam City is facing Grant at the right time seeing as Grant is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
