The Mountain View Cougars will look to defend their home field  on Friday against the Eagle Point Eagles at 7:00  p.m. Mountain View is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling.
 Mountain View put the finishing touches on their seventh blowout victory of the season  on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Bend 46-7 at home. Given Mountain View's advantage  in MaxPreps' Oregon football rankings  (they are ranked ninth, while Bend is ranked 59th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
  Connor Crum and  Jack Foley were among the main playmakers for Mountain View as the former threw for 210 yards and four touchdowns while completing 72.2% of his passes and the latter picked up 132 receiving yards and four touchdowns. Foley was no stranger to the big play, connecting with a big catch that went for 63 yards.
 Meanwhile, Eagle Point was beaten by Springfield 42-14 on Friday.
 Mountain View's win was  their fourth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 9-0. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 43.0 points per game. As for Eagle Point, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.
