The Londonderry Lancers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Salem Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Londonderry will be hoping to continue their four-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.
Last Friday, Londonderry faced Alvirne in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Londonderry simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Alvirne 40-0 on the road. The result was nothing new for Londonderry, who have now won six contests by 24 points or more so far this season.
Meanwhile, Salem came up short against Pinkerton on Friday and fell 28-20. It was the first time this season that Salem let down their fans at home.
Londonderry's victory was their third straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 7-1. As for Salem, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.
Everything came up roses for Londonderry against Salem in their previous matchup back in October of 2022 as the team secured a 41-7 win. Does Londonderry have another victory up their sleeve, or will Salem turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
