Central A & M extended the longest winning streak in Okaw Valley - Blue this week by beating Warrensburg-Latham, 42-6. The victory was the seventh in a row for the team.
Meridian made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 13,611 from 13,785. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 41-14 victory over the Hawks last week.
Warrensburg-Latham's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Cardinals feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Seth Becker has thrown for 165 yards and two touchdowns this season, while Travis Rigg has seven catches for 107 yards. Becker also leads the league in rushing with 512 yards.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Central A & M takes on Maroa-Forsyth. Mark Concin 's team has allowed 120 points this season, while the Trojans have given up 41.
Maroa-Forsyth led the league in scoring this week after putting up 45 points on Tuscola.
