Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Albany). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Pine Raiders a 14-0 shutout on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Hornets in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won six in a row.

Albany's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Pine, they dropped their record down to 4-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Albany will welcome Doyle at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pine, they will square off against Springfield at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
