There's no place like home for Lafayette, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They blew past the Sunset Park The HEAT 64-17 on Thursday. The Patriots have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 31 points or more this season.

Lafayette now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Sunset Park, they are on a 19-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lafayette will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Erasmus Hall at 4:30 p.m. on January 28th. As for Sunset Park, they will face off against Petrides at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Petrides will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Sunset Park surely won't give up without a fight.
