Grace Ptacek posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. She struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up no earned runs off five hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

Ptacek's effort led Prescott over Osceola and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
