Ironton is ranked highly in their home state and   on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of St. Francis. The Ironton Fighting Tigers blew past the St. Francis Red Raiders 56-19 at home. The  win was just business as usual For the Fighting Tigers, who after four games remain undefeated  this season.
 Ironton's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Kayden Edwards, who rushed for 93 yards and two touchdowns. Edwards' longest rush was for an incredible 74 yards.  Brayden Schreck was another key signal caller, throwing for 218 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Ironton was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 228  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 184  rushing yards in four consecutive  matches.
 Ironton wouldn't let St. Francis keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles.  Brycen Mullins was the leader in that area as all came courtesy of his dominant performance.
 Despite the loss, St. Francis still got an impressive performance from   Damone Allen, who rushed for 80 yards and a touchdown.
 Ironton's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for St. Francis, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ironton will welcome Bishop Hartley  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both teams will come into the  matchup having just posted big wins, so someone is set to suffer a big change in fortunes. As for St. Francis, they will square off against Catholic Memorial at 1:00  p.m.  on Saturday. St. Francis will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak  dating back to last season alive.
