Bethel Christian is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Loma Linda Academy with a sharp 20-9 win two weeks ago.
Kaila Ellison made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched five innings while giving up three earned (and six unearned) runs off three hits. Ellison was even better at the plate, going 4-for-5 with four runs, four RBI, and two doubles.
In other batting news, Bethel Christian let Monroe Kamio and Maliyah Jarrett run wild. Kamio fired off three triples, three RBI, and two runs while going 4-for-4, while Jarrett went 4-for-5 with three stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Finlee Milhouse, who scored two runs and stole Three bases. while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.

Meanwhile, Packinghouse Christian Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They blew past Norton Science & Language Academy 18-1. The victory was some much needed relief for the Bears as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak dating back to last season.
Emily Toma was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 12 over four innings pitched. Toma was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three stolen bases, and four RBI.
In other batting news, Madison Hopkins was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing Seven bases. while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances. Madison Katsikaris was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing Three bases. while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
Bethel Christian's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-3. As for Packinghouse Christian Academy, their record is now 1-0.
