Newfound Regional fell to Newport 38-16 last week, the largest margin of any game. Jared Dearborn threw for 147 yards and 1 touchdown and ran for 99 yards in the defeat.
Inter-Lakes/Moultonborough Academy made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 12,095 from 12,316.
Newfound Regional's Dearborn and Devin Fields have formed a dream team this season, leading Division III - Lakes in both passing and receiving yards. 5-11 quarterback Dearborn has thrown for 547 yards this season, while Fields has 23 catches for 325 yards. Christian Serrano from Winnisquam leads the league in rushing with 683 yards.
As it stands, the Bears are in second, while the Lakers are in third.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Winnisquam takes on Inter-Lakes/Moultonborough Academy. Patrick Riberdy's team has allowed 131 points this season, while the Lakers have given up 154.
Gilford led the league in scoring this week by notching 35 points on Raymond.
