Brownsburg High School's wrestling program defended its Indiana state title in historic fashion Saturday at Gainbridge Fileldhouse by winning seven individual titles at the Indiana High School Athletic Association Boys Wrestling State Finals to tie a record set by Bloomington High School in 1949.
Brownsburg had 243 points to runner-up
Center Grove's (Greenwood) 115.
Senior Jake Hockaday became the 11th wrestler in IHSAA history to win four state titles by virtue of his 132-pound title at the IHSAA State Finals. He finished the season 23-0.
