The biggest upset of the week belonged to Jonesboro-Hodge, who defeated 217th ranked Ferriday, 24-20.
Sterlington's Austin Haman rumbled for the longest rushing play in 2A District 2 this season in his game against General Trass last week. Haman ran for 95 yards on the play and finished with 254 on the day as his team beat the Panthers.
Sterlington's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Devon Murphy threw for 63 and 1 touchdown and Jaquarius Douglas had 30 yards receiving. On the ground Haman contributed 254 yards. Jaylon Wade helped Sterlington's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 33 yards.

The Trojans' Shannon Morales and Adrian Wiggins led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-2 quarterback Morales has thrown for 648 yards this season, while Wiggins has 21 catches for 473 yards. Wade from the Panthers leads the league in rushing with 1,096 yards.
The Tigers are in fourth place, while Winnfield is in first place.
Sterlington took down General Trass 49-28 last week, the largest margin of any game. Haman in the win.
