Perez is on a roll when it comes to sacks, as she's now posted at least one in each of the last three games she's played.
Gulf pushed their record up to 16-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 1.2 points on average over those games. As for Osceola, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-8.
Gulf wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 53-0 defeat against Robinson on the 28th. Osceola does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
