The Horseshoe Bend Mustangs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tri-Valley Titans at 7:30 p.m. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Horseshoe Bend has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 31 points or more this season. They breezed by Idaho City on the road to the tune of 62-31. With Horseshoe Bend ahead 38-14 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Horseshoe Bend got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Layth Bromgard out in front who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 11 rebounds. The contest was Bromgard's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Porter Larson was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with 4 steals.
Meanwhile, Tri-Valley took care of business in their home opener back in November. They came out on top against Rimrock by a score of 50-38.
Horseshoe Bend's win bumped their season record to 5-1 while Idaho City's defeat dropped theirs to 0-2.
