Glendale has been on the road for six straight, but on Thursday they'll finally head home. They will finish 2023 at home by hosting the Williamsburg Blue Pirates at 7:30 p.m. Glendale will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings (they are ranked 564th, while Williamsburg is ranked 199th).
Last Thursday, Glendale came up short against Curwensville and fell 55-46.
Williamsburg has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 20 points or more this season. They blew past Moshannon Valley, posting a 68-38 victory on the road. That looming 68-38 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Williamsburg yet this season.
Glendale now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Williamsburg, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.
