It was a good run, but Brook Hill unfortunately witnessed the end of their 15-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 63-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tyler HEAT. The Guard were probably out for revenge after losing 62-48 to them when the teams met back in December of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

It was another big night for Waker Hartman, who went 7 for 17 on his way to 24 points and eight rebounds for Tyler HEAT. Eli Anderson was another key player, putting up seven points along with 12 assists and three steals.

Brook Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 18-2. As for Tyler HEAT, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 20-2.

Brook Hill didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 49-35 loss against Tyler on the 28th. Tyler HEAT has also already played their next contest, a 74-43 win against All Saints Episcopal on the 28th.
