Pepin/Alma will be playing at home against the Houston Hurricanes at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
Last Friday, Pepin/Alma took a serious blow against the Pirates, falling 61-34. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Pepin/Alma has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Houston strolled past the Falcons with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 64-50. Houston's offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.
Houston's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Morgan Rohweder, who scored 22 points along with five rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Carter Geiwitz, who scored 18 points along with six rebounds.
Pepin/Alma dropped their record down to 10-11 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Houston, their win bumped their record up to 11-9.
Pepin/Alma strolled past the Hurricanes when the teams last played back in December of 2022 by a score of 54-39. Does Pepin/Alma have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Hurricanes turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
