Calvary Academy has been on the road for two straight, but on Friday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Covenant Classical Cavaliers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Calvary Academy didn't have too much trouble with Trinity on the road as they won 33-17.
Meanwhile, after only 25 points in their last game, Covenant Classical made sure to put some points up on the board against Fellowship Academy on Tuesday. Covenant Classical strolled past Fellowship Academy with points to spare, taking the game 69-52.
Calvary Academy is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-12 record this season. As for Covenant Classical, they now have a winning record of 12-11.
Calvary Academy might still be hurting after the 65-41 defeat they got from Covenant Classical in their previous meeting back in February of 2023. Can Calvary Academy avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
