Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Eastside Early College). They blew past the Austin Achieve Polar Bears 71-41 on Friday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Panthers considering their 25-point performance the contest before.

Eastside Early College got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kaymond Wilkins out in front who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 boards. Wilkins is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last 18 games he's played. Another player making a difference was Victor Carr, who went 6 of 12 on his way to 14 points and eight boards.

Eastside Early College smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in 20 consecutive matchups.

The win got Eastside Early College back to even at 10-10. As for Austin Achieve, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-16.

When Eastside Early College and Austin Achieve next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose.
