Despite the defeat, Taylor County got a solid performance out of Jakari Jackson, who scored 18 points along with six assists and three steals. That's the first time this season that Jackson scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Allen Collier, who scored 11 points along with nine rebounds.
Taylor County's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Community Leadership Academy, they pushed their record up to 4-8 with that win, which was their third straight at home.
