The Riverdale Ridge Ravens and the Fort Morgan Mustangs will face off at 7:00 p.m. on February 8th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Riverdale Ridge has four straight wins, Fort Morgan has 20 straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Even though Mountain View scored an imposing 56 points on Tuesday, Riverdale Ridge still came out on top. Riverdale Ridge walked away with a 64-56 victory over Mountain View. Given Riverdale Ridge's advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 42nd, while Mountain View is ranked 184th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Perhaps the best among them was Marcus Hinh, who scored 18 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Marcus D mcfadden was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven rebounds and two steals.
Meanwhile, Fort Morgan struggled with assists on Tuesday (Roosevelt had 15 more) and sadly the final score reflected it. Fort Morgan was dealt a 71-25 defeat at the hands of Roosevelt. Riverdale Ridge pushed their record up to 17-3 with that win, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season. Keep an eye on the arc in Thursday's contest: Riverdale Ridge have been dynamite from deep this season, having made 46.6% of their threes per game. It's a different story for Fort Morgan, though, as they've only made 27.2% of their threes this season. Given Riverdale Ridge's sizable advantage in that area, Fort Morgan will need to find a way to close that gap.
Everything came up roses for Riverdale Ridge against Fort Morgan in their previous matchup on Monday as the team secured a 87-49 victory. With Riverdale Ridge ahead 51-17 at the half, the match was all but over already.
