Seneca took down Reed-Custer 20-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Peyton  Schrag threw for 118 yards and two touchdowns and ran for 20 yards in the win.
The Fighting Irish's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Logan  Pifer chipped in 101 yards. Jimmy  David helped Seneca's passing attack out by catching three balls for 42 yards.
Bo  Taylor was the best wideout in the league this week as Seneca beat the Comets. Taylor racked up one reception for 64 yards.
Seneca's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Fighting Irish feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Schrag has thrown for 664 yards and seven touchdowns this season, while David has 20 catches for 277 yards. Taylor leads the league in rushing with 353 yards.
Two of the top units in Interstate Eight - Small will face off this week when Ted O'Boyle's team takes on Dwight/Gardner-South Wilmington. The Fighting Irish's offense has recorded 119 points this season, making them No. 1 in the league, while the Trojans have permitted only 207 on the year.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Westmont takes on Lisle. The Sentinels are currently in fourth, while the Lions are in second.
Dwight/Gardner-South Wilmington made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 13,671 from 13,854. The improvement came about via a 7-6 victory over Andrew Pittenger's team last week.
