The Lowcountry Leadership NaviGators will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Bridges Prep Buccaneers at 6:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
Lowcountry Leadership kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They were beaten by First Baptist School 62-6.
Meanwhile, Bridges Prep had to suffer through a rough 80-7 loss at the hands of Hampton County. Bridges Prep was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-5.
Makayla Lapp was Bridges Prep's leading scorer, having posted five points.
Ashleigh Jacobs held things down on the boards with nine rebounds.
Lowcountry Leadership's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Bridges Prep, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
