The Interlake Saints will face off against the Evergreen Wolverines at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Evergreen will face off against a team with plenty of momentum: Interlake extended their winning streak to four on Wednesday. Everything went the Saints' way against Lindbergh as they made off with a 13-2 win.

03/31/25 vs Highline | 2 |
04/11/25 vs Tyee | 1 |
04/09/25 @ Foster | 1 |

Alex Diaz was incredible, getting on base in all five of his plate appearances with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in hits (three). Wyatt Tang was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Interlake was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .481. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lindbergh only posted a batting average of .200.
Meanwhile, Evergreen entered their tilt with Renton on Thursday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They blew past the Red Hawks 9-1.
The team relied heavily on Tycean Martin, who went 2-for-3 with four stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. He has been hot recently, having posted four or more stolen bases the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Wilder Amechazurra, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.
Interlake's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-6. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Evergreen, their victory bumped their record up to 9-2.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Friday as neither team is afraid to steal. Interlake has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.9 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Evergreen struggles in that department as they've been averaging 10.8 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
