Carson Rasmussen Dazzles in Timpview Victory
Starting off the list is Timpview's Carson Rasmussen, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Rasmussen rushed for 60 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, and also threw for 234 yards and two touchdowns while completing 72.2% of his passes.
The win (which was Timpview's fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2. Rasmussen and Timpview are taking a road trip to face off against Orem at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Feleti Iongi was instrumental in extending Orem's winning streak to three on Thursday. Springville had no answer to Iongi as he picked up 100 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 76 yards and a touchdown.
Iongi must have Springville's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Iongi picked up 89 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 33 yards the last time he and the Red Devils duked it out back in October of 2023.

Springville came up short on Thursday despite Zachary Olsen delivering his best game to date.
