Meanwhile, Thatcher had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 35.7 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They managed a 57-52 win over Palo Verde.
Empire's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 15-10. As for Thatcher, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-6.
