Northern Garrett won against Fort Hill last Saturday with 52 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Monday. The Northern Garrett Huskies were the clear victor by a 52-31 margin over the East Hardy Cougars. The Huskies haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Loss or not, East Hardy got some senior leadership from Brooklynn Tinnell and Chloe Miller. Tinnell posted 17 points, while Miller earned 12 points in addition to eight boards and three blocks. That was a full 54.8% of East Hardy's points, marking the sixth time in a row Tinnell has scored more than a third of the team's points.

Northern Garrett pushed their record up to 14-8 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.3 points over those games. As for East Hardy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season.

Northern Garrett does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East Hardy, they will take on Pendleton County at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. That contest will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Tinnell and Avery Townsend.
