This season hasn't been kind to the Utah School for the Deaf & Blind Eagles, who are still winless after their eighth matchup. The  game between them and Mount Vernon wasn't particularly close, with Utah School for the Deaf & Blind falling  50-32. The  defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Utah School for the Deaf & Blind in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now lost seven in a row.
  Gabe Jackson continued  his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Mount Vernon,  scoring 15 points. Another player making a difference was  Andrew McMurdie, who  scored 11 points along with six  rebounds.
 Utah School for the Deaf & Blind's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Mount Vernon,  the  win  makes it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 6-10.
 Coincidentally,  both teams will both be playing Dugway the next time they take the court. Mount Vernon will  host Dugway at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday, while Utah School for the Deaf & Blind will head out to face them  at 4:30  p.m.  on February 14th.
