While Mansfield's win against Horatio wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Mansfield Tigers had just enough and edged out the Horatio Lions 13-12 on Monday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Tigers needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

The victory got Mansfield back to even at 3-3. As for Horatio, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Mansfield beat Horatio by a score of 14-13 later that day.
