Justin Fryer put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Monday. He struck out eight batters over six innings while giving up no earned runs off five hits (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
