Meanwhile, James F. Byrnes faced Riverside in a battle between two of the state's top teams. James F. Byrnes came out on top against Riverside by a score of 64-53 on Tuesday.
The win got Greer back to even at 4-4. As for James F. Byrnes, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-2.
