DeForest had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Baraboo Thunderbirds on Saturday as they made off with a 6-0 victory. Considering DeForest have won 13 matchups by more than two goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Baraboo with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Antonio Anchondo (3), Brad Powers, Landon Adams, and Bryan Hernandez-Madrid.

DeForest is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-1-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those five contests. As for Baraboo, they now have a losing record of 9-10.

DeForest has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Sauk Prairie on the 30th. Baraboo does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
