After a string of five wins, Albany's good fortune finally ran out last Friday. They have to be aching after a bruising 14-48 defeat to Bogalusa. A silver lining for Albany was the play of senior Justin Parrish, who rushed for 115 yards and 1 touchdown. This marked the 6th match in which Parrish has rushed for over 100 yards.
Sumner came within a touchdown against Archbishop Hannan, but wound up with a 6-13 loss.
Albany took the matchup and then some with a 51-7 win the last time the two teams met over Sumner. Will Albany repeat their success, or does Sumner have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
