The Bishop Kenny Crusaders will head out on the road to challenge the Menendez Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bishop Kenny has given up an average of 7.4 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Bishop Kenny is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They walked away with a 20-17 victory over Trinity Christian Academy on Monday.

Ava Farnham was a standout: she went 2-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and two runs. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Margaux Schuh, who scored four runs while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances.
Bishop Kenny hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least three batters in six consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, Menendez can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They blew past St. Augustine 15-3.
Madelyn Brown looked comfortable as she struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Menendez got a big performance out of Kinsey Meade, who scored three runs while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances. Aubrey Nemecek also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.
Bishop Kenny's record now sits at 8-13. As for Menendez, their record is now 7-8.
Tuesday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Bishop Kenny hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .312. However, it's not like Menendez struggles in that department as they've averaged .313. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Bishop Kenny was able to grind out a solid win over Menendez in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, winning 5-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Crusaders since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
