Rhode Island 2012 football playoffs brackets, results

Tuesday's games were postponed due to snow. Wednesday's schedule will feature eight semifinal match-ups in four divisions; Division II resumes play following recent quarterfinal games; state championship finals to be held on Sunday.

The Rhode Island Interscholastic League football playoffs swing into high gear on Wednesday night as Divisions I, III and IV play their first games of the 2012 tournament in the semifinal round. RIIL Division II opened play previously with quarterfinal-round games, and will also hold its semifinal games Wednesday evening.
